Referral Agent Terms and Conditions
 
Part of the largest property buyers and sellers referral network in South Africa. 

1.  Apply to become a referral agent:

  • You first need to apply to become a NNPN referral agent.
  • We suggest you first read the Terms and Conditions before applying to belong to our referral network.

2.  Login:

  • Once you've registered as a referral agent you'll be able to login to the network using your cell phone number and password.

3.  About referring buyers and sellers:

  • Only one or two agencies per town will contact the buyer or seller, even in large towns or cities a maximum of four agencies will contact your clients.
  • The system will notify you if the buyer or seller has already been listed.

4.  On buyers:

  • 6% introductory commission will be due to the Referral Agent on date of registration. (commissions will not be payable on buyers' mandates of Estate Agents)
  • 2%  introductory commission will be due to the first level Referral Agent (multi level marketing system) on date of registration. (commissions will not be payable on buyers' mandates of Estate Agents)

5.  On sellers:

  • 6% introductory commission will be due to the Referral Agent on date of registration. (commissions will not be payable on sellers' mandates of Estate Agents)
  • 2%  introductory commission will be due to the first level Referral Agent (multi level marketing system) on date of registration. (commissions will not be payable on sellers' mandates of Estate Agents)

NOTE: Due to fluctuations in selling commissions, these are only estimates on referral commissions payable.

6.  Costs:

  • A R200 admin fee will be deducted on every successful referral.
  • Commission will be paid less the VAT amount. 

7.  Length of agreement:

  • All buyers will remain active for a period of six months from date of entry (length of agreement may vary).
  • All sellers will remain active for a period of six months form date of entry (length of agreement may vary).

8.  Loop holes:

  • A buyer or a seller won't earn commission when submitting their own details.

9.  When will commission be due?:

  • Commission will be due on date of registration of transfer of the property into the new buyer's name.
  • Commission will be due to you once the selling agency has paid the said commission to NNPN.
  • NNPN can only be held responsible for commission payable on commissions received from the selling agency.

10.  Banking details:

  • The treasury division will be in contact with yourself once your first sale has been closed by a referral member. All payments will be done electronically by the 10th of every month on commissions received the previous month.
