news as the two black owned property groups NNPN
and BEAFSA
have joined forces, to the benefit of its members.
Nu
Nation Property Network is a Black owned and managed
enterprise that focuses on the Real Estate Industry. The
Consortium was founded ìn September 2009 by 19 principals
and three advisors. Its
main aims are to establish an effective representative
national network of all principals and estate agents who
subscribe to our policies irrespective of race or creed and to facilitate training programmes and to
obtain bursaries for RPL qualifications from appropriate
sources for Black estate agents.
The companies comprise of professionals who are determined to
create sound business concepts and solutions whilst
establishing exclusive relationships with all stakeholders to
fully understand long term client relations and interactions
based on mutual respect and integrity.
NNPN
and BEAFSA have also formed key strategic
partnerships with a variety of independent service providers
such as banks, conveyancers and mortgage originators to ensure
continued interests and to provide innovative and efficient
services that are affordable and client focused.
